Get Return Authorization

We'll review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return shipping instructions. This typically takes 24-48 hours.

Pack & Ship

Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. For damaged/defective items, we cover return shipping costs.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: For damaged, defective, or wrong products - 100% refund including shipping charges
  • Partial Refund: For size/color mismatch returns - Product price refunded, shipping charges may apply
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Payment Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.)

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color mismatches. To request an exchange:
